Courtney’s Big Sky Guide
Meadows & Mountains.
In 1902, Augustus Franklin Crail set up his homestead that still stands today in Big Sky’s Meadow. For the next 70 years Big Sky was home to a small group of ranchers, and it wasn’t until 1973, when NBC newscaster Chet Huntley opened Big Sky Resort, that Big Sky started to take the shape it holds today.

Courtney King
As seen on HGTV's “Living Big Sky” and “What You Get For The Money,” Courtney loves finding clients the properties of their dreams and being your advisor for all things real estate or Montana. Courtney has been licensed since 1994. At Engel & Völkers, we are real estate advisors not salespeople, building relationships for life. Courtney finds ways to help educate clients on topics of value to them as well as connections to resources that aid in everyday life whether it's a job, a rental while looking for a property, networking or finding a contractor for projects.
Courtney loves being a resource and friend, in addition to a fiduciary. She gives back to the community, especially our land trusts, and loves keeping farms and ranches whole and operational.
